Entrants in this category are invited from leisure and tourism based organisations that provide, memorable, immersive, adventurous experiences for young people.
Entries are invited from any business that provides participation in an activity to include visitor attractions, sightseeing operators, adventurous activities, hospitality, dining experiences, arts, theatre, culture and more.
This award acknowledges the importance of continually creating new and improved customer experiences to remain competitive within the global youth travel market.
Judging criteria
- Delivery of a successful customer experience
- Demonstration of how a previous product has been improved and adapted to meet customer needs or of the development of an entirely new product in reaction to a newly identified consumer need/aspiration
- Quality of customer experience offered
- Use of creative/innovative thinking targeted at bringing new or repeat business
- Commitment to health and safety, accessibility, the environment
