Submissions in this category are invited from air, coach, rail, sea, river, and car operators.
Entries will not be accepted in this category by transport agents. Agents should apply for the Best Support Service category.
Entrants should have an excellent industry reputation, and provide examples of how it has developed and enhanced its product to meet the needs of youth, student and educational travellers.
Judges will score the entry out of ten on each of the criteria elements and will be looking for an operator that is providing accommodation that stands out from its competitors. Examples of excellence across as many areas of business practice as possible. Your commitment to health, safety, accessibility and the environment.
Submissions will also be highly credited for their commitment to innovation. User-generated reviews and customer ratings will also be taken into consideration.
