In this category we are looking for individuals who personify a strong professional ethos, who have demonstrated exceptional performance and who have made an outstanding contribution to their company

This award exists to give these exceptional performers the opportunity to shine on the public stage and, at the same time, further develop their knowledge and skills.

In nominating a person, you are indicating that he/she thinks the nominee is a high achiever, having shown the ability to perform at the highest level in his/her current role, but is also building a career of outstanding potential with a view to emerge as one of the future leaders of the youth, student and educational travel industry.

Do you have a star performer on your team? Do you think you have identified one of the industry leaders of tomorrow? Or can you demonstrate that you have what it takes to be one of tomorrow’s leaders?
