In this category we are looking for individuals who personify a strong professional ethos, who have demonstrated exceptional performance and who have made an outstanding contribution to their company.

This award exists to give these exceptional performers the opportunity to shine on the public stage and, at the same time, further develop their knowledge and skills.

In nominating a person, you are indicating that he/she thinks the nominee is a high achiever, having shown the ability to perform at the highest level in his/her current role, but is also building a career of outstanding potential with a view to emerge as one of the future leaders of the youth, student and educational travel industry.

Do you have a star performer on your team? Do you think you have identified one of the industry leaders of tomorrow? Or can you demonstrate that you have what it takes to be one of tomorrow’s leaders?

Whilst there is no set judging criteria for this category, we encourage entries on behalf of or individuals that have risen above the rest.

Entrants are invited to submit a statement of no more than 3,000 words to demonstrate why their candidate should be considered within this category. Examples may include:

  • Someone who is making a difference in their industry
  • Someone who demonstrates passion and drive
  • Someone who gives back or inspires others
  • Someone who is recognised by others as having the potential to become a future leader in their industry

Your submission statement should not exceed 3,000 words, but can be supported by supplementary evidence. Supporting evidence is limited to ONE folder and can include photographs, diagrams, business plans, testimonials, sample brochures etc. All entries must be accompanied by the Official Entry Form.

For help on completing your entry, please refer to our FAQs or contact the secretariat directly.
